Training

P.I.P.E. supports extensive training programs for apprentice and journeyman crafts persons, in order to provide participating contractors with thoroughly competent workers. All P.I.P.E. certified journeymen undergo a rigorous, 5 year apprenticeship program.

Construction is considered one of the nation’s most dangerous occupations. P.I.P.E. Journeymen have a knowledge and awareness of construction safety methods, which results in lower insurance costs and fewer lost time accidents.
