P .I.P.E. 's mission is twofold:
- It assists its contractor members and their unionized trades in providing the highest quality construction services and products through education, public relations, legislation, and resource information.
- It assists homeowners and business locating qualified plumbing and mechanical contractors for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, and answers to questions related to these topics.
P .I.P .E. strongly promotes the highest ethical standards for business conduct among its membership.
