CLASS INFORMATION
- This class will prepare you for the AWS / CWI Exam
- Class will cover API 1104
- Class size is limited to twelve (12) people.
- Classes will be held at P.I.P.E. 125 S. 52nd St, Tempe, AZ 85281
- Class dates: July 15 - July 18, Monday thru Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm ea. day
- We must have a minimum of 6 students

- $500 Deposit Required to Register, which will be refunded upon completion of the course.
PLEASE NOTE:
After the applicant has successfully completed the Healthcare Construction qualifications, he/she will be issued a P.I.P.E. Healthcare Construction Certificate, and ID card.
THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-PREPARATORY CLASS MEETING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20 @ 4PM AT P.I.P.E.

YOU MUST BRING RECEIPT FOR THE API STANDARD 1104 WITH YOU WHEN YOU TAKE THE EXAM. A PHOTO COPY CAN NOT BE USED
You MUST refer to the AWS website for Certification Exam and experience requirements. An eye exam is required, and the visual acuity exam form is required to be submitted with the application 6 weeks prior to the exam. They require other pertinent application documents which can be found here www.aws.org/certification
Students are responsible for registering with AWS for the CWI Exam which requires an additional fee and must meet AWS minimum experience requirements to qualify for the CWI Examination. Again, click this link for their requirements www.aws.org/certification
